| 요약1 | 주택 리모델링의 효용성이 주택소비자에게 다양한 형태로 소개되면서 기존 주택을 재건축하지 않고, 침실, 거실, 욕실, 주방, 다용도실 등을 거주자의 편의성, 수익성 및 효율성을 갖춘 새로운 모습으로 개보수하여 거주자의 사회문화적 욕구충족, 쾌적성, 및 건강을 향상시킴으로서 주택의 가치를 상승시키고, 경제성을 높이는 방법으로 리모델링이 인식되어 지고 있고,3) 주방가구 전문업체의 성장으로 주방환경 개선에 대한 인식이 고양되고 있는 추세이다.본 연구는 이러한 사회적 변화를 고려하여 현 시점에서의주택 주방의 사용실태, 구성실태를 조사하여 인식의 경향을 파악하고, 사용자인 주택소비자 관점에서 사회문화적 욕구충족을 위한 주방 리모델링의 선호도와 변량분석을 통한 각 요인들의 상관관계를 분석하여 주택 주방리모델링의 디자인과정 뿐 아니라 주방계획에서 고려되어야 할 기초자료인 선호요인을 제시하고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to analyze the varying characteristic factors for residential kitchen remodeling according to contemporary life style. The subjects of this investigation are collected through questionnaire from adult residents who live in Seoul, Korea. The collected cases are analyzed by using Spss-win. By using the vaimax method on the basis of factor analysis, the satisfaction of the actual conditions is under the influence of finished materials & function, sanitary installation, layout, cooling & heating apparatus, day lighting, air conditioning, and safety. The preference of kitchen remodeling is affected by finished materials, function, environmental equipment, and air conditioning. The Need of kitchen facility is caused by working table, refrigerator, gas range, dish apparatus, and addition function. |
