| 요약1 | 여성전문병원은 여성의 평생건강관리를 목적으로 하는 치료병원으로서 여성들의 다양한 욕구를 이해해주는 병원이라 정의할 수 있다.1) 또한 여성전반에 관한 시설의 필요성에 대한 논의가 있어 왔다.그러나 여성전문병원은 아직 건축 계획적인 측면은 물론 병원시스템 자체의 측면에서도 정확한 규정이 없는 상태다. 기존시설의 평가방법은 병상 당 면적이나 각부의 면적구성비와 같은 경험과 판단에 의존하는 간단한 평가기준의 사용에서부터 시작되었다.이는 보편적이고 중요하지만, 평가를 위한 시각이 주 이용자인 환자를 위한 많은 변수를 고려치 않았다. 따라서 보다 분석적인 접근을 위해서는 조직적으로 인자를 분류하고, 조합하여 객관적인 평가를 해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 기존 사례연구와 실증분석을 통하여 앞으로의 여성전문병원 계획 시 이용자인 환자의 요구를 고려한 계획 및 설계기준의 기초 데이터로의 활용 목적이 있다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to find out the design guideline for women`s hospital focusing on the patient needs. The results of research are as follows: 1) As a basic frame of evaluation model, the quality of service of medical facilities and patients` reaction to the physical environment are fixed as a variable called `satisfaction degree`. This study analyzes the influence on space efficiency evaluation according to the difference of types through basic model (Model I-1,2) as verification model to identify the difference between satisfaction degree of outpatients and that of inpatients. 2) The difference of satisfaction degree about the hospital facilities by space evaluation matrix is according to the types of inpatients and to space importance.3) The control of importance degree about the interior facilities of the hospital according to the specific character of the hospital is necessary. Maintenance of the status quo, or reduction, or expansion is needed according to the satisfaction degree corresponding to the importance degree. Finally, the model is used to for the planning & design for the future women`s hospital. |
