| 요약1 | 최근 업무공간의 환경조건 중에서 색채는 가장 저렴하면서도 효율적으로 근무자에게 심리?생리적으로 쾌적성을 부여하여 작업능률의 향상을 위한 해결책으로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라 업무공간의 실내 색채 환경에 대한 연구는 부진하며, 실제 디자인 현장에서도 신중한 배려가 부족한 실정이다. 업무특성에 무관하게 상징적 의미나 발주자 또는 디자이너의 의도에 따라 결정되는 경우가 대부분이다. 업무환경의 색채는 업무공간의 업무유형에 따라 다양화되고, 전문화 된 색채계획을 추구해야 할 필요성이 있다. 색채 환경에 대한 관심은 외부공간에 치중되고 있으며, 생활과 더 밀접한 실내공간에 대한 연구와 적용은 미진하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 업무공간의 적절한 색채 활용으로 인간의 감정을 풍부하게 하여 생산적인 향상을 도모하게 하는 것이다. 또한, 근무자의 업무유형에 따라 색채환경이 근무자에게 어떻게 심리적으로 작용하는 지를 알아보기 위하여 업무환경 색채어 대한 의식과 만족도를 파악하여 차후 업무공간 실내 색채계획을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 있다. |
| 요약2 | The objective of this study is to understand how colors psychologically affect workers and to find the proper colors in working space to provide employees with better emotional state. Data were analyzed through SPSS/PC+ using frequency, percentage, t-test, F-test, and Duncan’s multiple range test.Main interior colors for office predominantly had at least medium brightness and low chroma formation such as YR, Y type. A majority of the workers strongly believed that color-coordination has relationship with work productiviry and that their preferences for color should be considered in office design. It is interesting to note that this study has found female workers to have higher awareness of colors than male workers. Female workers are less satisfied with colors in their office environment than the male. Overall satisfaction of color-coordination is more than average and higher marks of satisfaction is proportional to higher levels of work position. The reason is simply due to the fact that the higher positioned personnel have more power in planning for office environment. Ideas and/or opinions of workers in different levels of positions are needed and should be considered for the betterment of the whole office atmosphere. |
