| 요약1 | 공동주택의 마감재에 있어 적정한 수명연한과 교체시기의 설정에 의하여 알맞은 수선시기의 설정이 수반된다면 공동주택에 있어서 저하된 주거환경의 질적 향상을 가져올 수 있으며 빠르게 다변화하는 시대적 상황에 따른 거주자의 질적/사회적 요구와 정보화를 한층 더 충족시켜 줄 수 있다.본 연구는 공동주택의 수선과정에서 건축 마감재를 수선하는데 있어 수명연한에 관한 분석으로 기초적 정보를 획득하는데 일차적 목적이 있으며, 현재 사업을 진행중인 사업자에게 개발관련 정보를 제시하는데 기여할 수 있다. 특히 향후 공동주택 수선주기 설정에 기초적 근거자료로 제공하고자 한다. |
| 요약2 | In this study, Repaired Period for Durability of Finishing Materials in Apartment Building were studied. To help comprehension of repair cycle by durability, N.John Habraken professor`s 『Support/Infill Approach』 and Japan`s house production system 『CHS (Century Housing System)』theoretical studying do. Durability of the finishing materials and equipments were analyzed as similar to the durability standard by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. -To introduce life period of finishing material indicating system -For dwellers to participate in selecting finishing material Focusing with these solutions of obstacles, housing component activating plans are suggested, and the specific activating plans are suggested as approaching methods of 2 steps referred to solution of domestic problems and the developed countries’ housing components developing process. |
