| 요약1 | 국내 영화관은 1960년대 영화산업의 성장으로 지금 현존하는 영화관의 반 이상이 건축되었고 1970년대부터는 경제성장의 결과 소득이 증가되어 스포츠, 레져, TV 보급으로 영화관의 시장 규모가 위축되었다. 1980년대 부터는 변화하는 사회에 반응하여 복합영화관이 등장하면서 관객의 다양해 진 욕구충족을 위하여 고급화된 서비스를 제공하게 되며 고도경제 성장과 발맞춰 영화관 시설이 고급화·현대화되면서 다양한 기능을 지닌 레져, 오락 시설과 결합된 형태로 발전하고 있다. 1990년대 이후 대기업들의 영화 산업 진출에 따른 시설경쟁과 프린트 벌 수 제한 폐지로 인하여 기존의 단일관 형식의 영화관에서 대규모의 상영관을 갖는 복합영화관 형식으로 발전하고 있다. 기존 영화관과는 달리 현대의 영화관은 서민들이 가장 쉽게 접할 수 있 는 문화공간으로 여러 가지 사회·문화적 요구를 수용하는 곳으로 자리잡고 있으며 그 기능 또한 점차 확대되어가고 있는 추세이다. 그 결과 시설환경이 이전에 비하여 크게 개선된 것은 사실이나 주로 영화관의 외형, 상영관의 좌석·음향·설비시설 부문에 투자를 하게되고 아직까지는 대기공간에 대한 시설투자는 미흡한 실정이다. 대기공간은 더 이상 관객의 대기행위만 요구 되는 공간이 아닌 적극적으로 관객을 유도하고 보다 다양한 문화예술정보와 도심에서의 오락과 휴식을 제공하는 공간으로 변화되어야 한다. 본 연구는 1990년대 이후의 복합영화관 대기공간의 관객 분포와?경로분석을 통하여 대기공간의 구성과 관객과의 상호관계를 객관적으로 규명해 봄으로써 영화 관대기공간의 현 실태와 문제점을 도출하고 디자인에 관한 기초적 자료를 제공하고자한다. |
| 요약2 | Major companies have launched into the film industry since 1990s, which resulted in competition in facilities. In addition, restriction for the number of the prints was removed. Under these circumstances, the cinema has been transformed and developed from the established one-hall cinema into multiplex cinema with large-scaled halls. Contrary to the established cinema, modern cinema are a cultural place within easy access. They accommodate diverse social and cultural needs and their functions have been extending gradually. The waiting areas should not function only as the waiting space for the audience but also the places to attract the audience and provide them with various cultural and art information, and temporary restful break. For this study, the inter-relationship between the structure of the area and the audience are identified objectively by analyzing audience distribution and their routes within the area. The purpose of the study is to provide basic data about the design of the waiting area based on the findings above. |
