| 요약1 | 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 개발된 체크리스트를 사용하여 공공건물 및 공중이용 시설에서 시각장애인을 위한 편의시설 설치실태를 조사하고 그 결과를 편의항목과 대상시설별로 종합분석하여 중요도에 비해 소홀히 다루어지고 있거나 형식적으로 대처되고 있는 요소를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그리고 향후 시정대상 공간이나 2005년까지 점검을 받게 될 시설들이 어떠한 방향으로 초점을 맞추어 개선작업을 하는 것이 사용자에게 실질적이고 합리적인 접근인지에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 구체적인 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 현장조사를 실시할 대상공간을 선정한다. 2. 보건복지부 조사지침을 참고하여 체크리스트를 재정리한다. 3. 현장조사를 실시하여 편의시설 설치여부와 적정성 여부, 기타 문제점을 체크리스트에 기록하고 사진촬영하여 자료화한다. 4. 위를 종합하여 항목별, 시설별 실태를 분석하고 평가한다. |
| 요약2 | The objective of this study is to evaluate the interior elements supporting the safety, mobility and accessibility for the visually impaired persons in the public, government, and other facilities. Ten facilities were analyzed with a checklist based on the architectural codes and the user's needs. Also theses facilities were reviewed with mandatory items of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. It appeared that the arrangement of elements such as stair, elevator and restroom, the plan of circulation path and the signage of way-finding had more problems than the details of each element. In addition, institutional facilities for the blinds and trainstation provided easy accessibility, adaptability and mobility compared to the hospital and bus terminal. Suggestions were provided to solve the problem which were found. |
