| 요약1 | 주택의 대량생산이 시작되면서 많은 공동주택이 건설되었고 경제성의 원리로 획일적이고 고정적인 평면의 계획이 이루어지게 되었다. 그러나 생활수준의 향상과 소득의 증대로 인한 주택의 질 향상과 같은 거주자들의 다양한 요구와 변화하는 가족의 생활주기에 대응해야한다는 이해가 생기기 시작하면서 공동주택의 계획과정에 거주자들을 고려하는 달라진 설계방법이 도입되었다. 이러한 현실속에서 주택의 질을 높이고 거주자의 요구에 대응할 수 있는 공동주택의 공급방식으로 거주자의 참여를 위한 프로그램개발이 이루어져야 하며 프로그램에 참여하는 개개인의 요구를 만족시키고 효율적으로 디자인과정에 참여할 수 있는 계획이 이루어져야할 것이다. 따라서 이번 연구에서는 거주자가 공동주택에 참여함에 있어 개개인의 요구에 대응하고 효과적인 참여를 도모하도록 선행연구를 통한 거주자 참여형 공동주택의 실내공간요소를 분석하고 계획에 지침을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. |
| 요약2 | The application of Resident's Participation Designing Method is to provide the resident with a chance of either participating in the planning process of the house or selecting other possible options.The multi-household apartments have so far been grown in quantity by means of mass production and hence have contributed in elevating its supply. However, this manner of supplying has a tendency of ignoring much of the individual's concern regarding space planning And has therefore repeatedly standardized and stereotyped ground planning which only concerns its economic profit and effectiveness.As the standard of living and personal wealth have improved over the years, residents have come to demand a more futuristic model designed to satisfy the individual's personal taste and lifestyle.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest the planning method of multi-household apartments to correspond to resident's specific demand |
