| 요약1 | 근래 우리 나라에 도입된 도시근교 경골목조주택은 미국 등 서구의 것들을 받아 들여 전국 각지에 상당수 지어지고 있다. 우리 나라에 이 같은 주거형식이 들어서기 시작한 것은 대개 70년대 말부터로 문화적, 산업적 토양이 아직 갖춰지지 않은 상태였다. 그 결과 우리의 주거생활문화 속에 들어와 특히 주거의 외부 형태적인 면에서 상당한 이질성을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 우리 나라에 도입된 전원형 경골목조주택이 미국 등의 북미의 주거형태를 도입하여 이질적이거나 무국적인 주거형태를 만들어 내고 있어서 우리 나라의 생활문화적인 특성에 맞는 바람직한 경골목조주거형식을 모색하고자 그간 지어진 도시근교 목조주택의 현황을 조사하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. |
| 요약2 | AbstractThe aim of this paper is to suggest the basic materials for housing model that is proper to korean lifestyle by analysing outward appearance of wooden house that have been built in suburb of korean cities from the end of 1970s. For this, as background information, we investigated the developing process of outward shape of wooden houses in U. S. and Canada. And next we researched the effect of material condition as a wood on housing structure. Finally we analysed 87 wooden houses that are built in Korea in their mass structure, roof shape, chimney shape and dormer window etc |
