| 요약1 | 본 연구는 실내 디자인 분야의 학문적 자리 매김을 위한 기초 연구로 현재까지 진행된 연구의 특성을 파악하고 미래 이 분야의 연구방향을 모색하는 데 도움이 되고자 수행되었다. 즉, 대학원에서 약 30년 간교육되어 온 실내 디자인 분야의 석사논문을 중심으로 하여 논문에 나타난 연구의 제특성을 추출하고자 시작한 것이다. 그러나 논문의 내용을 분석하는 과정에서 처음에 포함하였던 연구방법은 별도의 심층적인 접근이 필요함을 실감하고 이번 연구에서는 제외하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 주요 분석 내용으로는 연구분야, 연구대상, 공간영역 그리고 배출학교와 년도별 경향으로 설정하였다. 또한, 비교적 짧은 역사를 가진 실내디자인의 연구 역사에도 불구하고 30여년 간 발행된 논문의 편 수는 무려 800여 편에 달하였 는데, 단독연구로 처리하기에 매우 방대한 분량이므로 그 50%에 해당하는 400여 편으로 제한하였다. 이는 시기적으로는 1993년부터 1999년까지 7년 간 발행된 논문에 해당하는 분량이며, 실내디자인 연구가 뚜렷하게 활발히 이루어진 90년대 이후의 경향을 주로 파악할 수 있으나, 1993년 이전의 내용이 후속 연구로 이루어져야 완전한 분석이 이루어졌다고 할 수 있겠다. 정리하면 본 연구는 1993년부터 1999년까지 발행된 400여 편의 논문을 대상으로 실내 디자인 분야의 학위 논문을 통해 나타난 연구의 제특성을 추출하는 것으로써 실내 디자인 연구의 한 단면을 파악하고자 하였다. |
| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to look for the tendency of 391 Masters' theses(among total 405 theses), which were conferred from graduate school in interior design from 1993 to 1999. This study has been developed by two steps. First step is to select factors such as conferment year, graduate school, field and subject and space of study. Second step is to extract the characteristics of five factors and their interrelations during seven years. The conclusion could be summarized as follows; In the early years, interior design studies were chiefly made by a few schools. And these studies tended to carry out design projects which were connected with residential, commercial and exhibition space. Space design was an absolutely major subject and field of study. But gradually, by many graduate schools, interior design studies have been developed both in quality and in quantity. Various spaces and various subjects were included with design-oriented theories. It was very natural that the character of study depended upon the graduate school. In the future, interior design study had better add some related designs and theories to support it. |
