| 요약1 | 본 연구는 웹(Web)상에서 여러 설계자들이 서로의 자료를 교환함으로서 구성원 모두에게 건축 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 시스템을 개발하고, 저렴한 비용으로 프로젝트를 관리하며, 조직적이고, 체계적인 설계의 방향과 지침을 알려주고, 설계자에게 상세 정보를 알기 쉽고, 설계 의도를 간단한 설명과 함께 시각적으로 전달함으로서 설계의 신속한 반영과 설계 구성원들에게 전달 될 수 있게 해주는 공동 설계 시스템의 개발에 있다. 이 시스템의 특징이라 할 수 있는 것은 디자인이 시스템의 개발자가 아닌 건축 설계자들에 의해 사용됨으로서 프로그램 개발자의 성향이 아닌 사용자 의도에 의해 각 구성 요소간의 관계를 명확하게 함축적으로 정의하게 됨으로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 사용자 중심의 환경이다. 상세 정보교환 시스템의 개발은 설계 사무소에서 설계 업무 뿐 아니라 설계 방법에 있어서 쉽게 어느 단계에서든 적용이 용이하고, 자신이 만든 자료에 대하여 직접 서버에 올리게 됨으로서 모든 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있으며, 상호 의견 교환으로 피드백 되어 적용될 수 있다. 이 프로그램의 효용성은 구조적 구성에 의하여 필요한 정보를 시각화 시켜 제공함으로서 일괄적으로 정보를 검색할 수 있어 변형시키거나 응용할 수 있는 설계의 기본적인 자료를 제공하는 툴 이다. 또한 기존의 설계전산 자료를 인터넷의 환경으로 쉽게 전환 할 수 있으며, 자료의 형식이 이미지(bmp. gif. tiff. jpg 등)파일의 형식이 아닌 사용 프로그램에서 그대로 사용할 수 있는 파일이므로 동일 정보의 중복성을 피할 수 있는 시스템의 개발과 활용방안에 대하여 제시한다. |
| 요약2 | Internet services are utilizing a variety of server/client technologies. In particular internet technologies provide improved accessibility to information for facility management customers and users for the systems. This study is the architectural data exchange system development more effective management and accept using on Internet web environment. This paper is the explore the use of computers in architectural planning that how the information may be extracted drawing entered into database and exchanged architectural detail data interfaces. System support communication and interactive collaboration among designers through complex Building object during the Design. There are four part in collaborative design system. User Management system, Standard Database System, Project Database System and Interface system. All Data are recognizable format include drawing file and contents. Web/DB server supported communication and collaboration among partners in the building design and construction process. Collaborative Design system is provide new conceptual framework that exist in the Web. |
