요약2 Super-tall buildings have different characteristics of exterior environment from high-level floors due to high-rise. Outside air temperature of the high-level floors decrease and amount of infiltration increase due to increased wind speed. Also influence of radiant heat due to solar radiation is increased. The purpose of this paper is analyzing the change of the heating and cooling loads from the solar radiation and airtightness due to high-rise. In the high-level floors of the super-tall building, the influence of solar radiation is large, so cooling load is larger and heating loading is smaller than that of the general building. Heating and cooling load is small due to the improvement of airtightness in the super-tall building, but the cooling load is earlier than that of the general building, and the annual cooling energy is larger.
