요약2 This study investigates reduction performances of floor impact noises and conducts field measurement in the aged apartment buildings constructed before the effectuation of the legal regulation from MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) in 2006. The legal regulation includes mandatory use of standard floor structure with slab thickness of 210 mm, and accredited process of certain reduction performance of floor impact noise. Since the regulations were not applied to the existing apartment buildings, understanding of reduction performances of floor impact noises is important for effective redevelopment or renewal construction process. In this study, field measurements and floor structure coring were performed to confirm the floor impact sound reduction performance according to the floor structure of the aged apartment buildings which were about 30 years old after construction. As a result, most of them are out of the current legal regulation, and floor impact sound with heavy source is highly correlated with slab thickness.
