In this study, we developed a vacuum impregnation equipment in order to eliminate the filter process and the grinding process in the an existing manufacturing method. The equipment was also developed with a mass production capacity and can produce more than 50 times more compared to conventional methods (0.3 kg → 15 kg). It has the advantage of shortening the period of more than 100 hours. TGA and DSC analysis results, SSPCM has been manufacturing uniformly, latent heat can be seen that a constant decrease in proportion to the rate of impregnation. Therefore it can be mass-produced in a uniform and homogeneous SSPCM using the vacuum impregnation equipment. |
