| 요약2 | [Act on the Prevention of Light Pollution by Artificial Lighting] has been taken effect on February 2, 2013. The environment impact assessment(EIA) of light pollution was included in the law. The development on methodology of EIA of light pollution was necessary. Therefore, this study suggested a quantitative assessment method of exterior lighting especially for advertisement lighting. |
