For improvement of indoor air quality, the laboratory measurements of reduction effects of the air pollutants and thermal stresses from a potable butane gas space heater by indoor plants(leaf area:0%, 100%, 200% of area chamber) have been conducted in an 13.8 ㎥ environmental chamber. This experiment presents that the potable butane gas space heater emits CO2, CO, and HCHO continually into the indoor space, especially concentrations of CO2, CO are over standard for control and indoor plants reduce air pollutants from the heater, control thermal environment factors such as air temperature and relative humidity. |
