Recently, Government’s Energy-saving policy in Korea as ‘Green Growth’ is very remarkable effort. By intensive policies, the private is encouraged to participate in policy. Especially, it is very important in the field of architecture and we have to work for construction of law system. The purpose of this paper is aimed at finding the problems in the green buiding Market. And find alternative to the spread of green buildings. We have been, employing an interview survey, investigated for Environment, energy and Aware of green building. Based on this results, suggest method of How to Identify the green buildings market demand and grasp the present situation. Experts response that the need to integrated of a variety of green building certification system and improved the incentives policies. The government have to educated non-experts about green building and green growth policies for new national development. |
