As the recognition of the society about an eco-friendly system gradually become growing, the green building certification has been started from 2005 and an improvement of applying the standard of certification has been pointed out constantly. Comparing with the revised standard of July 2010, the reliability of the certification is raised and an appraisal standard of the field of the energy is tightened. The acquired average score in the energy field concerning the appraisal article analysis of a reference school become low relatively. But the acquired score of the EPI has large difference between the appraisal articles. Therefore, research on decreasing of these differences should continue. |
