요약2 In this study, this researcher selected D/H ratio and azimuth among the allocation factors of the apartment housing. This study has the purpose of establishing the optimum plan for the apartment housing with the consideration of environmental factor. The optimum D/H ratio and azimuth through the analysis of environment of solar and thermal is 1.0H and S, SE60°, and it is effective on the reduction of the building energy and improvement of the quality of interior environment when planning the complex. If we plan the allocation by applying 0.8H of D/H ratio, it helps to improve the thermal environment by using the natural covering to the ground and ecological skin to the building.
