요약2 Recently, The world has been occurred to rise oil-cost due to more demand of fossil fuel and because of carbon by use of fossil fuel, Global warming is getting serious. Global warming has caused changes in climate worldwide. To realize low carbon and green city, for effective usage solar energy of new renewable energy need to predict method. In this study, From the past radiation data for Busan of maritime city, we will study predict method of photovoltaic output. solar energy is more than ten thousand in a day earth energy consumption. Solar energy is unlimited and clean energy. Cloud amount is amount of cloud covering the sky. it is expressed step from zero to ten. amount of solar radiation divide into direct delivery radiation, reflected radiation and diffuse radiation. Atmospheric Transmittance of Solar Radiation is strength of wave penetrated atmospheric Boundary Layer.
