요약2 In assessing energy performance, the important issue is how architects and HVAC engineers cope with uncertainties in building. In order to treat the uncertainty in energy performance assessment in conceptual design stage, the authors selected uncertain parameters. To conduct uncertainty analysis, the Latin Hypercube Sampling(LHS), one of the Monte-Carlo methods was employed. For this study, one library building of three design alternatives in the conceptual stage was selected. As a sumulation tool, EnergyPlus developed by DOE(US federal Department Of Energy) is utilitzed. In the paper, the impact of uncertainty on energy performance assessment in conceptual design stage is highlighted.
