The purpose of this study is economic evaluation and output of building exterior thermal performance for acquisition of Building Energy Efficiency System through study of building exterior thermal performance in apartment house. Conclusions of this study are as follows. In analysis of energy saving rate, it turned out to be possible to reduce maximum 85.1% of energy, compared to the basic performance. In case of the cost analysis, it occurred in rise maximum 285.7% of cost, compared to the basic performance. Comparison with cost-rising and energy saving rate, payback period of initial cost comes out in 10～12 years. According to conclusion of this study, the initial investment cost is possible to collect in durability of apartment house. |
