Window system is an large percentage whole building loads because window system has the lowest insulation performance, and is the primary target of energy efficiency. The study purposes a new window systems, which has double vents and analyses 1) the thermal transmittance using an simulation method with Therm 6,1 and Window 6.1 and 2) an on-site evaluation for the cooling energy consumption characteristic for a comparison between the general window system and the double vent system. |
