Now, most people live in indoor space for a long time. The indoor environment has an effect on health of human indoor room that they live largely. Indoor air contains a complex of bio-aerosol and non-biological particles. We will know bio-aerosol causes illness, such as a flu, an asthma and a atopy, etc. The improvement of indoor air quality through the control of bio-aerosol is very important, but it isn't well recognized in Korea. In this study, we had an experiment to see a relationship between bio-aerosol and temperature in air-conditioned room at dong-eui university. We could know bio-aerosol was effected through a change of temperature. In the future, this study is going to use a basic data for an effect of bio-aerosol on indoor environment. |
