| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to deduce the suitable positive pressure for cleanliness in a clean room. As the constant air volume is exhausted, the pressure difference is compared and analyzed between clean room and outdoor. As a result, the suitable positive pressure is 1.2 mmAq ~ 1.5 mmAq, which can cause the saving of power consumption compared with current operating pressure difference. |
