요약2 In this paper, it took a photograph using IR(Infrared Rays) Camera dividing time before sunrise, at noon, after sunset to confirm change of surface temperature of buildings in coastal areas where it is huge influenced by wind. The results are as follows : 1) It shows that temperature are decreased by height in broad outlines. In case of concrete surface, it is under -8℃ before sunrise and glass surface, it is lower than concrete surface by radiational cooling and reflection of the atmosphere. Temperature change by height is small by force of solar radiation at noon. After sunset, temperature change is biggest for thermal storage in daytime. 2) It can be known that temperature change is different depending on material. The reason why it occur reflection at the surface by the characteristic of glass, the reflecting shape is read by IR camera. And it is cause of overestimate or underestimate of surface temperature. 3) Convective thermal efficience is calculated to estimate heat flux between building and the atmosphere.
