| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelationship between occupants' satisfaction and building scale as well as maintenance management service. We select maintenance management service and occupants in office buildings, office building scale and maintenance management period comparing with building age as the factors. In order to ensure whether these factors corresponds with occupants' satisfaction level, we used building data and the questionnaire of a professional maintenance management service. |
