This study aims to conduct a fundamental study to develop a quantitative evaluation method for smart housing services that can provide residential environments and residential service solutions.
This evaluation method is also to provide standards for convergence measures with information and communication technologies that are unfamiliar to building stakeholders who are familiar with traditional and physical housing elements such as surrounding environment, space, and facilities. Through literature review, the concept and contents of smart home, smart housing, smart housing platform, and housing services are understood. The technical standards of the existing rating system and standards related to smart building such as Intelligent Building System (IBS), G-SEED, Standard for Housing Service, etc. were analyzed. Eight evaluation categories of smart housing service such as strategy, platform, safety, convenience, wellness & comfort, energy, community, operation & maintenance were derived through a review of the existing literature. As a result of the expert survey on the importance of evaluation categories for smart housing service, safety service was the highest. In the case of the smart housing service evaluation procedure, the importance of the three-stage evaluation consisting of planning, design, construction and operation was high at 4.56. |
