요약2 According to the Operation Standards for Building Energy Efficiency Rating Certification System, the plug load which accounts for an average of approximately 30% of total building energy usage is excluded from the evaluation components for the evaluation. Therefore, the plug load evaluation equation was derived in this study in order to present a method to derive the plug load by referring to overseas plug load evaluation methods. An input value for each factor was selected based on the domestic statistics corresponding to the calculated factors of the evaluation equation, and an outlet load evaluation method per unit area or per zone was derived through the classification by use profile. To verify the effectiveness of the deduced evaluation method, it was applied to previous evaluation cases and the proportion of the plug load to the total energy consumption was verified. As a result, the proportion of such method was shown to be within the significant range (20-30%).
