To realize low-energy and zero-energy buildings, detailed standards and laws for passive and high-efficiency buildings have been improved, and the airtightness performance, which affects up to 40% of the building’s cooling and heating load, is becoming increasingly important. In this study, we analyzed the airtightness performance of low-energy houses measured over a period of 10 years. As a result, airtightness performance by year and airtightness performance by building structure were summarized. For those with experience in airtightness construction, the initial and afterwards airtightness performance were compared. In additional the causes and alternatives for the weak point of the airtightness performance that occurred during the airtightness test were summarized. |
