According to the national greenhouse gas reduction roadmap, the building sector accounts for a large proportion of greenhouse gas emissions. Among them, small-scale buildings account for about 95% of total building emissions, so it is important to promote low-energy small-scale buildings. This study analyzes the additional construction cost for energy saving elements as part of the value analysis (cost method) for promoting the diffusion of small energy saving small-scale houses. The low energy additional construction cost was analyzed by calculating the general building cost and the low energy house construction cost for 6 energy saving elements: insulation, airtightness, windows, thermal bridge, external electric awning, energy recovery ventilator on 90 passive detached house. As a result, the rate of additional cost increase in 6 energy saving elements was calculated for building types (structure method, area, number of floors). Finally, total construction cost increase rate of low-energy buildings was calculated using the rate of increase in additional construction cost by type for 19 passive houses. |
