요약2 The objective of this study was to analyze the particle emission rates according to elementary school student’s activities in classrooms. Both laboratory and field experiments were conducted to measure particle emission rates with different students’ activities. The laboratory experiment was conducted to analyze particle emission rates by student’s height, weight, numbers, and activity types, while the field experiment was carried out to observe the combined impact of various activities on classroom air quality. The results showed that there were no significant differences in particle emission rates by student’s height and weight. However, notable increases in emission rates were observed when the number of students increases and an active and combined movement occurred. From the results of the field experiment, high particle emission rates were observed when the students enter the classroom frequently (dp< 0.3 ㎛) and during an activity class (dp> 0.3 ㎛).
