요약2 One of primary factor to generate heating and cooling load in apartment houses is infiltration. However, it has not been established well how to evaluate infiltration rates in apartment houses yet in Korea. The existing method is to measure air change per hour at 50 Pa (ACH50) of a house and divide it by the leakage-infiltration ratio, N which has usually been used as 20 in Korea. In this study, another analysis method to evaluate infiltration paths and rate of na apartment house is adopted to find infiltration rate of apartment houses. A series of blower door test were performed in two apartment houses to investigate infiltration paths and to measure an infiltration rate through the paths. Using the blower door test data, the flow coefficient and pressure exponent of each infiltration path were extracted. The values were used as input data of a building energy simulation program, EnergyPlus to calculated natural air change per hour value (ACHn) of two houses. The calculated ACHn values were significantly different from those calculated using the existing method. It is necessary to investigate a proper leakage-infiltration ratio, N for Korea. The method suggested in this study can be used to find it.
