요약2 To reduce condensation risk and ensure occupant comfort, the Korean Design Standard for Preventing Condensation in Apartment Buildings was enacted in 2014. Because this design standard is made recent, few window products satisfy the condensation resistance requirement for glazing edges, especially in the coldest region. The aim of this study is to verify the performance of a window developed to reduce the risk of condensation through field tests in an actual apartment. Infrared thermal images were taken, indoor and outdoor temperature and indoor surface temperature were measured on-site, and the temperature difference ratio was analyzed. As a result, the developed window showed a significant reduction in the risk of condensation compared to the existing window.
