요약2 Recently, interest in energy consumption forecasting has increased due to the increase in interest in eco-friendly construction. Due to this, a number of energy analysis programs have been developed and used, but most programs have a high utilization rate in unit system design, but it is difficult to predict the overall energy consumption of a building. There is a problem in that the error is excessively high according to the vast amount of input information and input changes of various variables. Therefore, this study analyzes the electric energy baseline through mutual verification and analysis of the energy statistics data of 162 general buildings for business and the power energy use data of 5 case buildings in the “2017 Energy Consumption Survey” (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy). did The electric energy baseline analyzed in this study can be used as data to determine the appropriateness of energy use by making it possible to estimate the electric energy use of basic buildings used for heating and cooling, lighting, heat transfer, and transportation by area.
