Recently, in order to improve the various quality of life of residents, the demand for smart housing based on the fourth industry such as IoT and AI is increasing. In 1980, the smart housing started with home automation, and the related technology development and standards for almost 40 years are underway, but there is no failure yet. Therefore, in this article, we will report the activation of smart housing supply, activation of smart housing supply, and smart housing related laws and situations in each stage of the life of the smart housing, and report on smart housing based on this. I would like to seek directions for system improvement. As a result of examining the laws related to smart housing, problems such as redundancy of evaluation items, different evaluation criteria for the same evaluation items, and confusion in the names of evaluation items among similar criteria were derived. Based on this, it proposed the establishment of integrated standards for smart housing design and the establishment of security standards, clarifying the target and duration of defects in home network facilities, strengthening the system for smart housing maintenance, and preparing guidelines for the revision of the relevant laws on smart housing. |
