요약2 The building ages after the completion of its service life after completion, and its usability gradually decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to diagnose a building that accurately grasps the deterioration of usability and causes and problems. In this study, in order to minimize the inconvenience of building users and to prepare an improvement plan to maintain the initial performance of the building, a method for evaluating building diagnostics in the aspect of the building environment was established and the process was conducted for pilot buildings. To secure the validity of the evaluation method, the improvement plan derived from the building diagnosis was applied to the building and the improvement results were analyzed. As a result of applying the improvement plan, the thermal and light environment of the building was improved and the usability of the building could be improved.
