요약2 In Vietnam, energy consumption in building sector is accounted for a large portion of the country's total energy use. Vietnam is currently implementing policies to reduce building energy consumption. However, Vietnamese building construction market is actively accepting imported technologies from oversea countries due to their limitations of domestic technologies in Vietnam. While Korean stakeholders in building sector are currently focusing on localizing high-level passive technologies to the oversea countries for exporting them. And also it needs to be verified in the same environmental condition of oversea climates. This study utilizes KS L 9107 to analyze the cooling load reduction effect of building insulation package considering Vietnamese climate, through the experiment, SHGC of building insulation package by solar radiation was compared and analyzed. In addition, the energy saving performance of buildings in Vietnam's climate conditions was analyzed through simulation. The insulated walls with solar reflected paint have a greater effect on the reduction of thermal transmittance under the environmental condition simulated as Vietnamese daytime than when only thermal reflective insulation is applied. In case of windows, the energy reduction performance of film blinds and glass-attached films are compared. The results show the energy reduction effect of the window films compared to the none - applied film curtain wall windows is greatly increased. Lastly, building energy simulation is conducted by applying wall and window technology already verified, the results show a cooling energy saving in building unit is about 10% compared to the existing technology under the Vietnamese climate condition.
