요약2 This study proposed tools to predict and evaluate building energy consumption in order to analyze the impact of the introduction of energy saving technologies. First of all, We reviewed the prediction and evaluation methodology and derived the prediction and evaluation system based on the formula analysis, regression analysis, and simulation analysis. Tools Users can apply the analysis method by considering the target building, assessment scope, assessment type, and present possession of data. Furthermore, Users can predict and evaluate building energy consumption using real metering data in conjunction with BEMS control point data or by entering data directly. Based on the tools, it is deemed possible to be applicable to energy efficient new building design, ESCO project, and green remodeling project. In addition, it is expected that non-expert will be able to easily review the energy saving effects.
