요약2 According to the 'Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan' in the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, renewable energy accounts for 7% of total electricity generation by 2016. It plans to expand renewable energy to 20% by 2030. The 48.7 GW of renewable energy will be installed to success clearly this project and the 10 GW of renewable energy should be supplied at rural areas. The Agricultural Land Act has been amended to install photovoltaic facilities in reclaimed land and reservoirs in the agricultural promotion zone. In addition, the government is considering ways to utilize idle state property such as the roofs of home, shared building, and shared warehouse. The rural area is the most likely to be considered in the promising renewable energy supply sector. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the energy performance of the buildings in rural areas and to improve the applicability of renewable energy.
