요약2 This report presented the process of ZEB (zero energy building) main certification for a office building based on Korean regulation. The total design strategies were included combining passive design, active design, renewable energy generation and BEMS (building energy management system). Finally, the primary energy consumption was calculated to 137.2 kWh/m2.y and CO2 emission was 27.0 kg/m2. The building energy efficiency rating was evaluated 1++ grade. Preliminary certification for ZEB was acquired through the energy consumption/generation calculation using the ECO2 official simulation program. The main certification for ZEB was acquired through the inspections for the design elements after the building construction.
