요약2 This study examined heat source systems for neighborhood facilities close to residential buildings and calculated primary energy consumption on the window wall ratio per facility use through the ECO2_v2016 program. The primary energy consumption per heat source system and per facility usage purpose was lowest when EHP+ERV was applied to sales+medical, and highest when FCU+AHU was applied to multi-use facilities. When the primary energy consumption on the window wall ratio was at or below 28% of GHP, 30% of EHP, 32% of EHP+ERV and 16% of FCU+AHU for multi-use facilities, 56% of GHP, 63% of EHP, 67% of EHP+ERV and 21% of FCU+AHU for sales+medical, 37% of GHP, 45% of EHP, 49% of EHP+ERV, and 30% of FCU+AHU for sales+office, and 37% of GHP, 42% of EHP, 32% of EHP+ERV and 25% of FCU+AHU for sales+education, the building energy efficiency was rated as rating 1+ for local control systems and rating 2 for centralized control systems. This calls for a study that additionally calculates and conducts a comparative analysis on the primary energy consumption for the central area and Jeju region based on the review criteria of each local government on building energy efficiency rating.
