요약2 The Korea Energy Agency is implementing Building Energy Efficiency Certification for building energy management. KEA estimates CO2 emission and energy consumption for heating, cooling and hot water supply of a buildings based on their design documents and issue certification ranging. and an energy simulation program based on ISO13790 is used for the certification system.(ECO2-OD, ECO-CE3) However, the simulation program does not take into account the operational status of existing buildings. Therefore, a calculation method that reflects the operational characteristics of the existing building facilities system is needed. In this paper, we compare the energy consumption of existing buildings with the existing building simulation model including the part load efficiency of the facility system. we also analyzed the effect of the part load efficiency data on the energy consumption patterns of existing buildings. Existing buildings are buildings for sale facilities. and the simulation program used for energy consumption prediction was Design builder. Finally, to evaluate the performance of the heating and cooling system of buildings, we compared the case where the rated efficiency was applied and the case where the partial load efficiency was applied.
