요약2 In this paper, airtightness is measured using fan pressurization method in order to analyze the airtightness characteristics of residential buildings. Airtightness for 857 units of 5 complexes is measured. From the result, average ACH50 is 2.47 (1/h) and air permeability is 2.40 (m3/h·m2). ACH50 and air permeability have similar values, and it relates to S/V ratio. In addition, ACH50 tends to be low the larger floor area. The average n-value is 0.61, which indicates the characteristics of cracks where leakage happens. The key leakage points are entrance doors and windows frame connection, pipe penetration, and AD/PD dry wall.
