요약2 This research aims to evaluate the structural safety of the balcony photovoltaic systems mounted on the apartment buildings. In this study carried out 3 experiments such as railing holder bearing capacity, simulation for the structural analysis and wind pressure tests to evaluate the structural safety. The results of this study are as shown : First, To analyze the structural safety of the PV system in simulation of the wind velocity 50m/s, most of the load occurred at the junction of the railing. Second, in the field experiment of the railing support force, the displacement of 1.1kN occurred up to maximin 30mm. Third, After wind pressure Mock-up testing in wind velocity 50m/s, PV module occurred the damage, and the lowering of electrical performance. So, it is necessary to secure the structural safety for the PV module and balcony railing in the condition of higher than wind velocity 50 m/s.
