Due to the currently increased desire for improving the living environment of the residents in apartment buildings, some problems related to the noises from the indoor facilities & equipment have been raised and thus the requirements for improving the functions of such facilities & equipment and for reducing the noises from such ones are increasing. However, in case of the facilities & equipment, it is in the situation that such facilities & equipment are designed and established while the unique characteristics of the sound source and their effects on a unit house are not considered. Therefore, to predict the noisy situations in advance based on the noise characteristics of facilities & equipment and the types of rooms is a very important matter for reducing the noises from such facilities & equipment. In this study, the noise of the equipment, in order to understand the effect on the room, and using acoustic simulation.
