요약2 The building energy model(BEM) has been widely adopted in buildings for evaluating building performance. There are many building energy simulation software. However, there are significant differences between the simulation prediction and the reality. Appliance power density, lighting power density, and cooling setpoint temperature are major causes of virtual model errors. To increase building energy efficiency and accuracy, probabilistic calibration regarding to occupant factors in building energy model is developed to save time and computational costs. The calibrated model is compared to actual building energy consumption. Afterward, this study extracted Mean Biased Error(MBE) and Cumulative Variation of Root Mean Square Error(CVRMSE). The results show that MBE and CVRMSE were 0.028% and 0.097%, respectively, demonstrating that the proposed process could accurately simulate the building energy model regarding to occupant factor.
