| 요약2 | The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement direction of China Evaluation Standard for Green Building (ESGB) and to validate the application propriety of evaluated standard through case analyses based on current environmental conditions in China. By analyzing comparative three different criteria, some ESGB rating systems are impractical and unrealistic. These rating systems are eliminated and nine rating systems are added considering economical social condition in China. Furthermore, the current and revised version of ESGB applies to review a building which obtains G-SEED certification in Korea. As a result of this experiment, the current version is impossible to obtain the certification, but the revised version is distinguished and received the grade of certification. Therefore, this study shows the validity to change to the current ESGB and demonstrates the need to further improvement of ESGB in China. |
