요약2 The pipe deterioration has been causing problems with not only high operating cost due to worsening hot water supply and HVAC system function but also declining water quality by occurrence of red-water. Therefore, the deterioration evaluation of the pipe is important work in order to achieve energy saving and improve water quality. Because the deterioration evaluation of the pipe presents only the result values of the evaluation results for residual life, closure rate and corrosion rate by the field diagnosis, judgment of the building owner about replacing pipeline is in a difficult situation. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the simple estimation method of evaluation factors of residual life, closure rate and corrosion rate for under 150A carbon steel pipes such as KSD 3507, KSD 3576 installed in cold·hot water supply system and cooling water system by 2D-contour plots that can find evaluation values using the point of intersection by x and y axes for evaluators of pipe deterioration, and also to present the reference data to determine the replacing pipeline for building owner.
