요약2 This study was focused on the establishment of a fundamental database that is available in the building design process, so we performed the simulation analysis about the energy consumption on the various same volume buildings. Because energy consumption in building is affected by the exterior surface area, WWR(window to wall ratio) and window performance etc.. For these purpose, we assumed the unit module and made a constructable 35 model buildings which are composed of the 16 unit modules. The results of this study are as follows; 1) As WWR is increased, the heating and cooling energy demand was increased by solar gain and perfusion heat loss. 2) Analysis according to window performance, Heating load showed single Low-E triple glazing < double Low-E double glazing < single Low-E double glazing order, Cooling load showed single Low-E double glazing < single Low-E triple glazing < double Low-E double glazing order. In results, energy consumption in building is more reduced that in case of the smaller exterior surface area, the lower stories building and the larger adjacent surface area etc.
