| 요약2 | Many countries are making nationwide efforts to lower the environmental impact of building by reducing the building energy consumption. Korea has recently enacted new green building regulations. According to this building regulation, energy performance must be accompanied by certificates in business. The purpose of this study was to consolidate the new certification system firmly with a reflection of domestic condition and public confidence. To achieve the task for this study, we have investigated the energy performance certificate that is currently being implemented for building energy efficiency improvements in Europe. Also we have analyzed EPC by investigating the current status and items of EPBD by BPIE. Based on the analysis, we proposed some ideas for vitalize the energy consumption certification domestically. |
